We schedule a free 15-minute consultation call, where I can learn more about you, and you can ask any questions you might have for me. This is our first opportunity to connect and get a feel for what working together might be like.

After our call, I’ll invite us both to take a couple of days to integrate how our conversation felt. If it feels like a yes for us both, we’ll move forward to taking the next step!

Fill out your consent forms

The next step is to fill out your consent to treatment and intake forms. You’ll receive access via email to your secure and confidential client portal through Simple Practice, where you can easily fill out all the necessary information before our first official session.

Have your first intake session

Our first appointment is a 50-minute intake session. In the intake process, we cover my informed consent practices and dive a bit deeper into your context, background, daily life, and goals for therapy.

This is another key opportunity to feel out if we might be a good fit. Ideally, we both feel safe, connected, and comfortable. Again, I’ll invite us to take a few days to process the experience before making any commitments.
